4. Payment Terms
40% of the money paid in advance by bank wire transfer after the contract has been confirmed.The rest 60% of the money should be paid by bank wire transfer before the equipment delivery.
5. Equipment Delivery and Installation
Equipment will be delivered or transported within 30 days after advance payment at Zhuhai. Transport mode is freight. The seller has the obligation to install the devices after the devices arriving buyer location. After installation, buyers and sellers organize technicians check out the quantity, quality and function of the devices.During the period of installation, buyer is responsible for locating the devices,basic installation and connection between membrane system devices and other peripheral equipment pipes.
